Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our hosting and digital services.

1. Services

We provide web hosting, VPS hosting, website maintenance, domain registration, WordPress support, server administration, and related digital services.

All services are provided subject to server availability, technical limitations, and acceptable usage policies.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and updated account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your website, applications, themes, plugins, and passwords securely.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Spam or bulk unsolicited emails
  • Phishing pages or fraud-related activities
  • Malware or virus distribution
  • Resource abuse affecting server performance
  • Hosting malicious scripts or infected files
  • Unauthorized access attempts or hacking activities

4. Security & Malware Policy

All hosting accounts may be periodically scanned for malware, infected files, malicious scripts, phishing content, vulnerabilities, or suspicious activity.

Important:

If malware, infected files, abusive scripts, or security threats are detected on your hosting account, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the affected service without prior notice in order to protect server stability, security, and other customers hosted on the infrastructure.

Customers are fully responsible for keeping their websites updated and secure.

5. Backups

We provide free backup services up to two (2) times per month for shared hosting accounts.

While we take reasonable measures to maintain backups, customers are strongly encouraged to keep their own external backups at all times.

Additional backup requests beyond the included limit may be subject to additional charges.

Important:

We are not responsible for data loss caused by hacked websites, corrupted files, customer mistakes, software conflicts, or third-party failures.

6. Payments & Billing

  • All invoices must be paid before the due date shown on the invoice.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • All payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping payment methods updated.
  • After service suspension due to overdue payment, account data and backups may be retained for up to 30 days only, after which they may be permanently deleted without further notice.
Important:

If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any hosting service, VPS, dedicated server, website, or related services until the outstanding balance has been fully paid.

7. Uptime & Maintenance

We aim to provide high uptime availability and stable service performance.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Hardware failures
  • Security incidents
  • Network provider issues
  • Force majeure events

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held responsible for:

  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Website downtime
  • Third-party software issues
  • Cyber attacks or unauthorized access
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Domain Registration

Domain registrations and renewals are subject to registry availability and policies.

Customers are responsible for ensuring domain renewals are paid on time.

We are not responsible for expired domains caused by failed renewals, outdated customer information, or failed payment attempts.

10. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service without prior notice if:

  • Terms & Conditions are violated
  • Malware or abusive activity is detected
  • Invoices remain unpaid
  • Server stability or security is threatened
  • Illegal activities are identified

11. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
